'Opulence'
Durham, NC's Premier Event Studio
Old North Charm Company LLC is delighted to announce the grand opening of our newly leased and renovated event studio in mid-September 2024. 'Opulence @ Durham' will be located at 2xxx North Roxboro Street in Durham, NC, within the Picasso Pawn Shopping Complex.

The crown jewel of this elegant, contemporary, and affordable event studio will be the 'White Room'. (Capacity: 100) 'The White Room' is an elegant, glamorous, and intimate ballroom lined with large, high-end wall mirrors, chandeliers, and luxurious brass fixtures designed to convey an element of timeless sophistication to your event. The event studio and property will also feature two restrooms, a buffet room, a portrait room, a petite and private sitting room, ample parking, and full handicap accessibility.

'Opulence' Event Studio will host and service private, corporate, and community events for all ages, including weddings, receptions, banquets, kids' parties, open mics, employee appreciation events, conferences, and more!
